About Michelle

Hi there! I’m Michelle Bello, a lifestyle change enthusiast.

I am  the face behind GraciousMi Lifestyle. Having lost 45kg in weight by  Lifestyle Modification, and has sustained it for 4 years and still counting. Through my love for healthy living, weight loss and sustenance, GraciousMi Lifestyle was established in 2013 to promote lifestyle modification and serve as a channel for not only loosing weight but also maintaining it over the years.

I am an accredited Consultant for Weight  Loss and Weight Management from S.A.C Dip. In the UK.

Harvard CME Certified on lifestyle Medicine for weight loss, Nutrition and Metabolism Syndrome and Prescribing Exercise

I’ve learned to love myself no matter what the size. My focused is living a healthy lifestyle through gradual changes. Instead of focusing on losing weight, my  focused is on a lifestyle change.

I love food and I still do. Yet I balance this love for food with a healthy eating habit, munching mostly on whole foods instead of the processed/packaged stuff and exercising 5 days a week (Boxing, squash, aerobic, resistant training)

Why do people need a Consultant?

Everyone could use a little push to live a healthier, active lifestyle. Clients need a diet and exercise plan to fit into their busy schedules. People need motivation and support to keep them from giving up on their diet program.

LOTUS TEA

Lotus  tea contains chemicals that decrease swelling, kill cancer cells and bacteria, reduce blood sugar, help the breakdown of fat, and protect the heart and blood vessels.

Oolong TEA

Oolong tea benefits for heart, brain, bone and dental health. In addition, it may boost your metabolism, decrease your risk of developing type 2 diabetes and protect against certain types of cancer.

WHITE TEA

White tea is the least processed of most teas. Because of this, it retains a high amount of antioxidants. This is thought to be one reason why studies have linked white tea with many health benefits. For example, it may help reduce the risk of heart disease, combat skin aging and even help with weight loss.

No Pain No Gain

Am I perfect? A Big  NO. I fall off the wagon occasionally, but the key is to push through the tough spots and continue on the journey.

And  my passion for health & fitness has taken me around the block a few times through personal experience and a ton of ongoing research. I’m also an advocate on all things natural health (Food as Medicine).

Healthy eating, Fitness, and Natural health has truly put me in control. I feel empowered!
