INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp  kale powder (DM for kale powder)

1/2 banana

1/2 mango

10 cashew nuts

1/2 tsp turmeric

100 ml fat free plain yoghurt

250 ml water

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth

This shake enhances your skin and balances blood pressure
