“I have always been big boned by nature. Getting into university, I was more conscious of my appearance and at a time, had a 28 inch waist and a nice tall frame. That ended in my third year when food became a great comforter. I ate whenever I was stressed and any type of stress was enough to get me indulging in biscuits, fizzy drinks and other carbs. After university, I continued to increase in size and there were always attempts to lose weight and get back in shape, but I fought for it feebly. “September 2015, I had a really tough time and was really depressed so I put all my frustrations into food!
